Re: Getting in to gear
How are you bleeding it? It shouldn't be difficult, once you've undone the nipple on the slave it should almost bleed itself.

Re: Getting in to gear
when bleeding off not much fluid comes out, unless i keep pressing clutch pedal, even using a self bleed kit very slow dribble comes out ,unless i press clutch pedal, put 2l of fluid through.pedal is a bit stiff but not as stiff as it should' it was perfect before

A thought:
When you first bled the clutch after fitting new slave cylinder, it may have introduced dirt into the clutch Master cylinder.
It may be worth checking.

Re: Getting in to gear
Bleed the slave by opening the nipple and going for a cup of coffee ... they bleed themselves IF the nipple is clear ... they can become blocked with gunge. The master cylinder is also self-bleeding, gentle tapping of the pedal helped tease the last couple of bubbles out.
