How are you bleeding it? It shouldn't be difficult, once you've undone the nipple on the slave it should almost bleed itself.

when bleeding off not much fluid comes out, unless i keep pressing clutch pedal, even using a self bleed kit very slow dribble comes out ,unless i press clutch pedal, put 2l of fluid through.pedal is a bit stiff but not as stiff as it should' it was perfect before :?

A thought:
When you first bled the clutch after fitting new slave cylinder, it may have introduced dirt into the clutch Master cylinder.
It may be worth checking.

Bleed the slave by opening the nipple and going for a cup of coffee ... they bleed themselves IF the nipple is clear ... they can become blocked with gunge. The master cylinder is also self-bleeding, gentle tapping of the pedal helped tease the last couple of bubbles out.
