Mark , where i took mines to have it ally weld on one corner, and then have em black powder coated , its a steel fabrication unit , who are happy to make the following but in big numbers for it to be cheap. your price of £60 its very cheap , i cannot match that price , so there fore i suggest you go ahead and have them made, best of luck Mark . youve got a great market out there for £60 .

The ones I'm having made up WILL NOT be aluminium , but steel . This is what will be keeping the cost down :ok

I have today received my cover from the English family after a telephone call from them asking if i still wanted it.
So i will not need one now.

Dave ( the neighbour) has just shown me the prototype , too heavy for my liking, would suit a syncro lol ,so he's away looking for small gauge steel. :ok

I am picking one up from Gunzl tomorrow.

82 Euro without the lock - ca 65 quid. I have the lock already from my dead cover.
Considrring the old one lasted so long it can't be that bad!

Think I am more excited to see his shop than anything else.
