It was mounted where the battery should go as was 'de rigeur' a while back. Sealed in with ali plate etc and it seriously sucks a***. Being moved to somewhere slightly less 'warm'![]()

Just out of interest who told you that putting a charge cooler (air to air) behind the rear light was a good place to put it Elvis?

It was already there Jed!
i think you said (or alluded to) a few posts back (or in another thread) - its nice to see stuff evolve/develop etc and share ideas.
Just to think a few years back AAZs were the be all and end all and now you seldom see a post about them now (except lloydy whinging like a girl)
Have read loads of threads/pics etc a few years back where fitting them behind the rear light was the current thing to do. It would appear from temp logs that this actually sucks ar$e big time. Currently having it sorted out. Will post pics/results after weekend![]()
PS - an air to air charge cooler is refered to as an intercooler in common parlance

If i spent £kkkkks i would want to know if its running ok/safely/within acceptable parameters and not about to launch itself due to 'issues'.
Torque is cheap. Untill it breaks your gearbox that is.
