Adjusting Idle on a 1.9 DG

Hi,

I have a 1987, 1.9 DG Caravelle.

Can you just adjust the idle speed?

I have had an ongoing, intermittent issue with the oil pressure warning light coming at idle on a warm engine. I have checked the idle and it would appear to be around 730 rpm, Haynes says a DG should be 900. As the light goes out with just small blip of the throttle I'm hoping adjusting the idle may cure the light coming on.

Number 9 is the tickover screw.
