its not that hard if you think it through, get the wing chopped off and out of the way, slider is as easy as can be to remove single crewed, the one major area that should be still fairly secure and hence a reference point to work to and away from is the nsr jp.
so do the sill as I described above exactly as you removed it, mark where the slider track goes, as in mark it with a saw cut etc,
when youve got it tacked about right then fit your wing in place as near as you think (no welding) then pop the slider back on and see how it all lines up,
usually the rear wing is out/proud then remove slider of middle track , keeping it level slide door to about a foot of the closed position then swing it out and onto an axle stand, now you can play with the allignment and keep popping the door back on and trying it,
