rear axle stand install location
having a bad day today, feeling a bit unsure around the rear. can anyone check if this is ok to install an axle stand here? thank you as always.

Hello,
That's ok
I use this cross member with a section of channel to spread the load.
Even better is to use a steel beam with packers to lift the whole rear end, then put 2 axle stands.
Don't forget to chock your front wheels, and slacken off the rear wheel nuts before jacking if you intend to remove them once on the stands

Brilliant thanks,
2400 km through 5 countries, and I didn't even have to lift the engine lid.
I'll do a proper post when time permits, but F1 Nurburgring was AWSOME,
