Mate we are soooooo on with that all ready Rob is in the process of paying for an AZZ and that will be fitted after the re spray All that fiberglass shi7e went straight in the bin.
Good to hear it worth investing in a few rolls of flashing tape (unless he plans to go to the sahara ) for the sound deadening and additional waterproofing I used exotherm for the insulation (not sure if that's what its called) the silver bubble wrap stuff very light, waterproof and easy to work with can easily get 3 layers of it in there the equivelent to about 300mm of fiberglass. Any body mods on the agenda or is he feeling that brave ? What paint is he using 2 pack or rustolenium, rustolinium would be ideal for a syncro IMHO

Didn't think you were going to scrap it ......
It took two of us to strip it down in half a day, it will need four of us to build it up after the re spray in the same time if we are lucky. Help has been ordered
ninja.turtle007 wrote:Let mr know if you need any help as I have stripped and rebuilt a Westy. Half a day is little optimistic. Especially if you need to fit the canvas.
Your in....
I will give you a shout when its ready, I recon next weekend, it is gonna make a cool time-laps, Rob is buying breakfast
