Well that wouldn't be hard
take it he's gutting the entire inside of the van ? may aswell rip out the dash And seats while he's at it, reinsulate and don't forget the seams on the inside.

Good to hear it
worth investing in a few rolls of flashing tape (unless he plans to go to the sahara ) for the sound deadening and additional waterproofing I used exotherm for the insulation (not sure if that's what its called) the silver bubble wrap stuff very light, waterproof and easy to work with can easily get 3 layers of it in there the equivelent to about 300mm of fiberglass. Any body mods on the agenda or is he feeling that brave ? What paint is he using 2 pack or rustolenium, rustolinium would be ideal for a syncro IMHO

He is keeping it standard I think. He drove mine and didnt like it

It took two of us to strip it down in half a day, it will need four of us to build it up after the re spray in the same time if we are lucky. Help has been ordered
