bed above front seats?

Post by domiles1 »

I want to fit a bed across the front seats for my 3 yr old girl. I have seen the good ideas on the Wiki, but is there not a bed you can just buy - cant see anything on Just Kampers.
Thanks.

I bought one of those but the canvas wasn't wide enough. The guy at Bluebird was adamant it was at that I had to stretch it further. I stretched it until the poles were bending. In the end I had to make extending brackets. If it had fitted out of the box it would have been a really good product.

Thanks.

Remember JK is not the only supplier of van bits!!!

Also, the guide in the wiki shows an actual Blue bird customs cab bunk (it was my old van in the pics. I believe Blue birds now have taken note from feedback and have a bunk that is actually big enough to fit a T25 - seethe link in windysurfer's reply

My bluebird one fitted straight into the holes and brackets already fitted in my autosleeper trident, the canvas was a bit taught first time but after being used a couple of times fits great now, really good bit of kit would recommend
