rusty holes

I was out doing a few bits in the van today and stuck my finger in this!


Rain is running off the roof, down the vents and settling here in the left of the engine bay, does everyones van do this or am I missing something? Seems strange not to have a drain off of some sort to get rid of the settled water.

That looks nice and clean in there when I remade min e I cut a nice hole in the centre of the cross.
you can add a tie or other ways to divert from this
