Not too hard, more thinking of it helping with reliability and cutting down on the heat in the engine bay. Not sure about the exhaust, i haven't found a supplier of performance exhausts for the WBX yet, if anyone had a link to one it would be good. How hard it it going to be driven?
Personally I wouldnt bother with the ceramic coating.. of heads and pistons etc.. Exhaust is a different thing.. what zorst you using?
Was going to stick to a stock cam, but only because I haven't found anywhere that does performance cams for these. Again if someone had some info please pass it on. Can you use type 1 cams perhaps? I knew about the pushrods, hopefully wouldn't be too difficult a job for the better performance of the ratio rockers. I was hoping someone might have some info on this, which I could put in the Wiki when I've found it out.Ratio rockers are ok.. (dont know about the CSP ones) but what cam are you using.. sticking with hydro lifters? or solids or type1 style? there are some factors to consider in there... NEED to make sure rocker geometry is correct when fitting whick means cut to length pushrods..
Yep, going to do all that. I guess cruising is the ultimate purpose, but I've had some peaky cars in the past and lived with it OK. If someone had lightened one and knows what it is like then that would be good to hear.Flywheel.. if cruising and smoothness are your game then leave stock.. worth having the flywheel crank and pully balanced though (along with rods and pistons)
Good for cleaning stuff though, like burnt cooking pans.. it rots your teeth, even the Diet stuff
