So need to get a new cluctch kit again, now hears my problem the one thats on it aint that old probs about 15000 mile old so the pressure plate should still be fine after a blooming good clean! so whats sizes of friction plate are out there??? thinking of getting the biggest i can in there!

Look on GSF site under clutches for T25s - lists all the sizes but think you'll need to drop gearbox and get your tape measure out.

If your using the same pressure plate you need to fit the same size centre plate otherwise you will have less friction material in contact with the pressure plate.

If the bellhousing seal is leaking (and you say again) then the input shaft can be quite in line and wearing it.. its prob also worn the oil thrower thats in the bellhousing too which wont help the seal and this isnt replacable only with a complete new bellhousing..

WBX clutchs are 215 (DF some early and 228mm.. I thought D/TD was only 215 though...
Aircooled 2L CU is same 228mm (1.6 CT is 215)

IIRC type 4 (411/412) had a 210mm clutch so its poss its one of them..
