1600s are all around 50bhp - same as they were on beetles although trying to push a thing the size of a bus, its probably more like 20bhp
As an aside, I knew a bloke who had a bay and was desperate for an engine and fitted a 1200!!! To say it took a while to build up speed is putting it mildly.
