just thinking ahead guys,if its a head off job,can the head be removed with the manifolds so i can do them on the bench or is it manifolds off then head off......dont fancy it at all its too cold and santa obviously didnt get my wish list and send me a log burner for the workshop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree mate - lifes too short.

I took my head off and on with the manifolds attached. Look at the wiki for some top tips on getting the head on using your old bolts...

Quick answer - YES.
