You are reading it. A 'thread' is a series of posts. This is a post. This and all the previous posts constitute a thread.

E D I T: I don't believe this; I just saw an A reg'd Autohomes 'Karisma' so I had a gander inside. Lo and behold, said switch and indicator, although mounted on the front of the furniture below the sink unit rather than up next to the Zig. Deffo the pump switch.............

We got our Karisma just as this thread was starting. This had me baffled too, but after a lot of fiddling around I may have the answer...

Ours also has the white rocker switch and the orange tell-tale lamp underneath, both right next to the "Propex" heater control. Try this:

--> switch Zig to on-site, but leave the heater control switch off and the thermostat set to a mid-setting
then, EITHER
--> OPTION 1: switch on the rocker switch - the orange light comes on and the heater fan starts up
OR
--> OPTION 2: switch on the heater control switch - same result (heater and orange light come on) but now the red light on the heater control comes on too.
If, after OPTION 2, you THEN switch on the rocker then the fan goes faster.

So, the white switch seems to be some sort of boost for the heater. All in all a bit of an odd arrangement, but there you are.

BTW there is a reference to the rocker switch in one of the Autohomes wiring diags I've seen, but I can't find it at the mo.

Hope this helps!
