Theres a grub screw at the bottem or top of the handle on the fattest diamiter where it sits in the door. It'll probubly look completely invisable but try scraping/digging/cleaning around that part of the handle and you'll find it eventully. Once unscrewed the cylinder will slide out - put a key in or it'll fly to peices as removed.

On assembly don't fully tighten the grubscrew or the cylinder won't turn - just screw it in enough and use a small blob of loctite to stop it rattleing out - not enough to gum up the lock!

oh bugger......
that little grub screw appears to have no slot in it, it looks scratched out by previous abuse. great :?
