Looks a bit different, but I know the backboxes are interchangeable with these engines and our's (well at least I thinks anyway).
Are t2 heat exchangers (2l Aircooled) suitable for t3 2l CU?

Fraid not - that one is for a bay lump - the tops where they meet the heads are sticky uppy and on CUs they need to be flat - look at the JK site for some pics and compare the gaskets
And the hot air ducting for cab heat is completely different, too.
