The plastic sliders in the 3 way button unit are knackered Leftie. Probably the worst thing that could've broke. I've tried most electrolux stockist, vw sellers, and breakers both here and in the U.S. The fridge still works but it's a pain to move the wires when changing the supply. I've also tried ...

Cheers Bowton, Gave O'briens a call and they were very helpfull but unable match the RM184 from my van to any replacement as it comes from a van originally built in europe. After measuring my fridge i think the closest replacement is RM4181 only thing is the flue is on the opposite side and wont tie...

the fridge (rm184egi) in my westy is pretty knackered and getting
a replacement is like finding hens teeth.
Anyone know of another solution i.e. 1 from an older van that'll fit straight in or another type?

The fan/alternator belt came off my 1.6td the other week and when i tried replacing it i couldn't get it on because the 2nd belt for the water pump was in the way. I can't get the pump belt off and can't get to the bolts to remove the water pump pully. Is it a brute force job or is there an adjuster...

pulled the fridge out of my westie and found that the fitting holding the propane line to the burner is threaded. Any good ideas how i can loosen this?
