Colour coded mirrors

Post by hagzo »

Thinking of changing the crap shaky flat wing mirrors on my van to the colour coded ones on the atlantics.

Are they the same two bolt fittings as the others?

Do they wobble when driving?

Anyone know what the going price is?

Are they usually electric and should the come with the motors? and if they do is it easy to get hold of the switches and other gubbins to make them work?

Cheers
Keith

extra bolt below, drill doorskin fit rivnut and use a nut on inside to stop t leaves
no they don't vibrate
everything available
buy them new from vw, order the plain glass ones for just over a ton each and the wide angle glass for the best view and some spare glass for the future
all parts available
make your own loom
s/h expect to pay £150+ and struggle to find rhd ones.
