Re: Tyson in need of suspension point and sill :(

Does the syncro have different trailing arm bushes or standard T25 bushes do?? ... old ones drilled out. Now ordered 2x new inner sills from Schofields and getting Kenny, aka Mouldylocks, aka Volkszombie to do the crafting. Be work of art when finished. He is good. I hated being under there and maki...

Re: Tyson in need of suspension point and sill :(

:D Hey... I did find out. And it wasn't!! :ok There's a little story goes with it tho. I'd fitted the propshaft in a dodgy bolt one end and let Tyson roll whilst under it and fit bolts as flange turned..! :run But I changed engine oil at same time but the Syncro's engine protect-plate has to come of...

Re: Tyson in need of suspension point and sill :(

Ordered both front and backs (and both sides) from Brickwerks. Very impressed with their site and after comm's Be nice to replace sills but the cost.. EEK  Recently tho, I was speaking to fellow T25 owner and he reckons the sills aren't structural on the T25 as it's a mono(something or other)...

Re: The definitive diff oil choice..

:ok Changed the oil in both diffs and even with my monkey mittens for hands I can tell there's a marked difference..! Gear change is so much better and strangely seems to turn easier.. Very happy with that little bit of work. I would say tho, the oil that came out was a lot better than I thought it'...

Re: Tyson in need of suspension point and sill :(

Oh, and I took him to last nights border-dubbers club meet and took it canny over the speed bumps and many pot-holes...

Kenny from Volkszombie was there and had a look. Think he'll be better suited to tackle this repair then me :ok
