Hi-top side windows leaking
Hi, I have a 1990 T25 Holdsworth Villa 3 conversion with hi-top. The hi-top roof has a window on each side that is and has always let water in when it rains. I've tried removing and revealing round the window without success. The windows are metal framed with glass, half of which slides open. I've b...

Oil pressure switch - no wiring
Hope everyone had a good Christmas. Just managed to have a look in the black junction box (front LH side of engine compartment). Yes, there is a black wire with white trace but it goes to a white plug not to a brown wire. See photo (hopefully). I have found a connector with two brown wires, one goin...

Oil pressure switch - no wiring
I have just taken my 1990 G reg T25 into my local garage, used many times for various faults on her. This time it was for an oil leak, mechanic thinks it's at the oil pressure switch which he will replace, but he also found that there was no wiring connected to the switch and he couldn't find any lo...

Re: Hole in butterfly
Thanks for that. Will look for info over the weekend.
By the way, I'm getting anywhere between 23 and 27 mpg.
Is that any good?

Re: Hole in butterfly
Life has to be simpler than that. I can't be bothered with all this photobucket stuff......why haven't they made it easier to post a photo onto forums? After all we have the iPhone now.......
It wouldn't make any difference as it's definitely a Pierburg carb

Re: Hole in butterfly
Sorry for being so long in getting back to you all. I'm in the process of moving to North Yorkshire, working on a campsite and the Campervan is currently being used as a removal van. I can confirm that it's Pierburg carb that I have fitted. Quite clearly says Pierburg on the side.....if I knew how t...

Re: Hole in butterfly
Thanks to everyone for replying.
I'm not sure which type of carb is fitted. I'll have a look and compare with my Haynes manual as that shows the Solex 34 and Pierburg 2E3 in the book.
I think the mechanic in question is quite experienced with carb vehicles. I have no reason to doubt his expertise

Hole in butterfly
Hello All. I recently put my T25 into my local garage for it's annual MOT (she passed) and a little service (TLC purposes). One thing I asked them to look at was poor fuel consumption, it's gone up from around 25mpg to 17mpg. Apart from the fact that I'm using her for short commutes to work most day...

Re: T25 heating
Hey I know this may sound a it mad, but having read the posts on here, it got me thinking. How about using candles inside an open ended box lined on the inside with aluminuim foil/ sheet . Hopefully this will reflect the heat of the candles, if a couple of boxes were made then it may well provide a...

Ah that is a problem. What we do is have a hot water bottle, 2 sleeping bags (rated for 3 seasons) zipped together and
cuddle up.
