Bell housing
I want to fit a 2.0 cu to a van that has knackered watercooled engine. Will I definitely hace to change the bell housing. There are a couple on ebay that state that they are for petrol air or water??

Snapped kyham pole?
Wind took my awning at bug jam when i was taking it down, snapped one of the rigid poles above the knuckle, anyone had any experience in repairing or replacing these?

Its not the bolt thats the prob , it screws. Into a captive nut

Cant tighten altenator
Noticed belt was slack on my 2.0 ac , the bolt that holds the altenator tention was loose I now cant get a bolt to wind in as the threads are stripped. Helicoil or retap and use wider bolt?

Proberly been asked befor but, ive rollered 3 vans in the past, with good success. Was just wondering if anyone had rolled their fiberglass tops and what did they come out like ??

i painted a van in the hottest time of the year last time with excellent results i am now considering doing the bottom half of my t4 work van, obviously drying time will be increased in this cold march weather? should i mix a thinner coat to help this or keep everthing the same as last time? has any...

third coat on, getting easer to apply now ive found by just draging the roller accross with just the weight of the roller 3 to 4 mins after wet it virtualy takes all blemishes/bubbles off. put all black bits back on for mot today , everyone thinks its been sprayed :ok which is good enough for me :D ...
