Hi everyone. Upon taking the fuel tank out to replace it, i noticed a line, running along the chassis from the front end under the dash to the rear engine compartment, to the pictured component.  At first i thought it was brake line or something as it looked corroded, but then saw it joined to plast...

Hi i have a 1.9DG engine, on an 82 WBX. I am not happy with the auto choke on the carb as it doesn't seem to want to engage. Also its getting on a bit, its a pierburg2e. Thinking of a new carb. priced £250 online from a vw site. I can see alot of 2e2 's listed on ebay for £100.....Can i fit one to m...
