Re: Anyone running 215/80/14c Tyres?

I am running 215/80/14 on rear and standard on the front, with a 1.9TDI engine. Has made a nice difference to the revs on the motorway.

Re: update... standard rims /bigger tyres

Hi 1982 Devon 1.9 diesel (originally a 1.6 CS) Just had x2 .... 215 / 80 / 14's fitted on standard steel rims today. Pleased to report it has had the desired effect of lowering the engine revs at "speed" - I think the fatter tyres look better too. Chuffs up steep local hills fine - the 1....

Re: Condensation to sunroof

Jocko, my sunroof gives me a wet seat. I now put an electric fan heater on in the van to warm it up and dry out the inside while it is parked up (powered from the house). looks like I'm not the only one then. Talked to a couple of people who have similar problems. I think it's a small waterproof ta...

Condensation to sunroof

My glass sunroof is covered in water droplets that are dripping into the van, causing puddles on the floor and side cabinets. I don't think its a leak, as I managed to sort that a couple of months ago. I have also noticed that there is condensation on my vinyl cab headliner that is dripping on to th...

Re: dashboard lights

I have the same problem but even stranger. They are on at the moment, but have been off for ages. When they are off and headlights on, the headlights are on dipped when the full beam blue light is on. When full beam is off, the full beam is on. Last night the dash lights were on and off as I was dri...

Re: Wheel clamp

As good as these can be dont spend to much money on them, even the best arnt hard to get off, plus those who want your van will drag it on a low loader and clear off with the clamp attatched! You are right if they really want it, they can put it on the back of a low loader. I don't think they would...
