Iv had some trouble with my box recently so decided to remove it and send to an expert. The gas bottle is secured to the unit, and as for a vent I have 2 sliding windows along side the unit. Also have a monoxide alarm fitted for my propex.

Nearly there now, just need the stove and its done. Unfortunatly im lacking in funds at the moment so im stuck using a portable one for now. Just fitted my worktop, picked it up for under 20quid from a timber yard and they cut it to size for me too. Also fitted some curtain wires to the lower half. Just added a shelf to separate coolbox part from top. On the shelf will be my gas bottle on one side and a storage cupboard on the other. Heres a few pics of my progress. Just done the main carcas for now out of some materials i had lying round. Propex is the way forward. I bought mine on group buy so got it a bit cheaper than rrp but their well worth the money anyway.
