Hi All, Ive got a non starting JX Engined Van at the moment . After much worry and just as about to start checking compression etc I have found what i hope is the cause of my troubles , Fuel leak on the Fuel pump. Hi all,
I've got a JX engine and just done the valve stem oil seals.
Stupidly never took any pictures of wire before removal
The oil pressure switch on top of the oil cooler- what colour is the wire?
Green/black or
Yellow?

Hi Rob , How did you get on? I had a similar issue with air in fuel line from filter housing. I took the housing off and the unions gave them a good clean. There was quite a lot of crud in feed union do removed that and refitted unions with a little ptfe tape on threads. Although it appeared to flow...

Took off the filter housing (got the old style) cleaned up. Used some ptfe tape on unions retorqued. Also replace sections of fuel line.
All sorted now. Phew thought this was going to be a killer.

Air in fuel line from filter assy
Has anyone had an issue with air apparently coming from the fuel filter assy . On idle everything is ok as soon as you raise the revs the clear fuel line fills with air. It doesn't look as if air is coming from the tank( just replaced it) I have replaced the hose from filter to inj pump. Still same....
