Ive used a lump hammer and sharp chisel before on the edge anti clock wise hit should shock it moving.

Hi there.
Just done this job myself.
I would think all the weight is on the eccentric washes.
Make sure the top wishbone bushes have been spot welded after being pressed in.
Make sure the long through bolt is tight.
