T25 Westfalia interior sink tap

Hi all.
I wonder if any one can help me on my sink tap which is very intermittent.
sometimes it works straight away when you turn it and you hear a click,sometimes it takes a while before pump engages into action.Checked block connectors and there’s power to tap but sometimes the power doesn’t get to pump through wire system.
Ive had a new pump and taps but still the same.
I think it’s a dry joint or bad connection somewhere I reckon.
Hope someone can shed some light on this subject it been going on for years.

I would try a separate new connection from the battery (good 12v source maybe lighter socket?) to the pump and see if it works. If thats good then you will need to work out if it is the positive or negative or both causing the problem so try replacing one then the other. My best guess would be wherever it is earthed which I think is a screw to the body somewhere. Might be rusty.

I will keep trying to find this issue.
Iam not sure how that tap works to be honest,it’s got a 12v feed to it all the time from the wiring loom at the back of the cupboards which is in black protective sleeping.Then on top of the water tank where my pump is connected to a orange cable I switch on the tap and with my volt meter on my block connector on the orange wire on top of the water tank wait for 12 volts coming through,sometimes right away or I have to wait for 5 or 10 seconds.
Is there a relay of some sort somewhere in the system?
