15/40 diesel oil in my 1.9 dg petrol with 47k

hello would 15/40 diesel mineral oil be fine in my 1.9 dg petrol? it says vw505.00 and api cf/sl acea a2/ b2?

Yes, I have some in my 1.9DG and its made the engine quieter, however, only use in the summer, not winter, use the thinner 10 in winter as if temps drop considerably, then you will experience starting crank probs, and tickover stalling when cold due to diesel oil thickening.
