Which plugs to get ?

Greetings fellow enthusiasts....very basic question. I am about to have a go at my first service on the van...1989 2.1 petrol..and would like to know which are the best spark plugs to get and can they be gotten from your average establishment or do they need to be from a specialist dealer? Pretty standard although you really want to choose either Bosch or NGK (perhaps Beru)....This is one supplier (Euro Car Parts)
Standard plugs: I would probably stick with these.....
