She is finally finished

Post by Jokerbetty »

Hi all, I have not posted on here much before but wanted to share what I've been doing for the last few months of saturdays. Here are some pictures of Betty who is finally finished (well for now).

She has had all rust cut out then a full body respray , and full waxoil treatment. I cant wait to get out there and use her..

Since buying her January 2011 we have been away many times including Abersoch, tenby, Rhyll, Anglsey, Camperjam, Vanfest, Camp Bestival and a 1 month tour of cornwall. She has had a new canvas from Gunzl, I fitted a tv/dvd for the kids, tinted the rear windows, fitted a new charger and split charge diode and some 12v sockets along with a usb compatible stereo..

Nice! Where are you located? Are those headlights for RHD or LHD?

Hi guys thanks for your interest, and yes I rather like the colour now. I had to respray in original Aswan brown as it matches collars and cuffs and is still close to an original van. The lights are from a mkii golf and I still need to align them properly to get max benefit but I hope they are better than stock.
