Also have you drained off any water from the fuel filter, should be done regularly I believe. There is a drain plug on the bottom of the filter and I think you need to slacken the nut on the top too, I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong!!

And at some point in the very near future I would suggest fitting a non return valve in the fuel line between the pump and the filter most of us diesel owners have done that and it seams to cure a lot of non starting problems. :ok

:ok

Does it smoke when you turn it over

try cracking one of the injectorpipes at the injectors then turn over to see if fuel is getting to injectors,if not try...
As Rob has said check fuel cut off valve by taking wire to it off then turn egnition on. At same time touch wire back to valve you should here it click open and shut each time you touch it.if there is no click, you need a new one.
change filter
make sure there is no air or fuel leaks in fuel system, tighten all fuel pipes :ok

Good luck

Well, I checked that each one was getting a power feed, but didn't take each one out, do I have to remove the pump to do that??

Could you feel any warmth on the glow plugs after heating?
99% of the time it is glow plug failure.

I don't remove the pump or anything - it all depends upon how dexterous you are - some people can't do it without removing bits.
