I'm having some issues with the electrics in my Caravelle one of them being the wipers. They can be turned on without the ignition........
Any advice gratefully received.

Phil, update your profile then we know exactly what year etc as the fusebox changes around 1985. If early, wipers and blowers are normally on one fuse so if one blows the fuse, neither work. It could be that someone shifted the feed for wipers to an always-live connection because of this.
