fitting spacers behind pcd adaptors on rear hub?

Post by 2020mad »

Hi all, i have got a set of 20mm pcd adaptors for my bus and went to fit but the fixing splines? (the non threaded bit) stick to far out of front of rear hubs and where spacer is machined would not be able to tighten nuts before running out of thread,

have thought about fitting a 10mm allot machined spacer behind adaptor to allow me to tighten fully and fit wheel, i know you would just normally fit behind a wheel with correct length bolts but can you fit an adaptor like this then fit wheel on???

hope someone can help, thanks Martin.

I'd say your rear studs need pressing out and correctly calculated length replacments need fitting based on the wheel dimensions stamped on the alloys (ET)
