Part codes- wheel bearings

Hi all,
Does anyone know either the FAG, INA or SKF part/item codes for inner & outer wheel bearing? Both rears and front.

I buyer at work has kindly offered to order direct from either supplier if i can supply the correct info.

There are two types for the front outer bearings dependant on the year of your van
