Westy roof takes a lot of beating. My only 2 complaints with it is canvas in the rain and it is just short a bit of height with regards to storing bedding for 2 up there when down.

As a family camper. Cathargo roof is appealing to me as is Westy heigh top.

obviously a westy i used gortex instead of plain canvas and was jetwashed with no leaks but is pricey
the reimo has issues with fibreglass brakedown and im having to replace a customers one with a westy next month
and the last roof has issues only if the (front or rear sections that fold) come apart from the canvas so check for mold ,damp otherwise they are great usable roofs
its all horses for courses
if you need more than normal space (big family and not tall) its gotta be a hightop
any more help pm me :ok

A Viking spacemaker in my humble opinion but that's none of them above. More room than any other top (including fixed high tops) but very heavy though, and pretty rare so unless you're willing to go without for a good while I'd plump for something else.
Shame it's this time of year really; had it been more spring/summer time there would be a few shows or meets you could go to and see a few for yourself before making a decision....

The canvas one that hinges at the back of the van rather than the side (looks like a wedge of cheese)

I replaced my T2 westie pop top with my current T25. I like my current westie pop top. It includes a double bed upstairs so sleeps four, which is useful for families like mine when you are only stopping places overnight. If you don't need an upstairs bed then any pop top will do. I keep bedding behind rear seat so I don't find storage an issue. As said before it depends what you want the pop top for. Let us know when you have had yours fitted.

I have a Carthago - as well as a hi top, it has a pop top. Meaning height with the roof down for cooking etc and then extra room as the roof goes up like a westy (the top picture). Only ever seen 1 Carthago roof for sale a year ago on fleabay in Germany.

Got a poptop westy but always liked my mates T3 Trooper hard popup sides.....best of both worlds and all cosy and warm inside like a high top.

Does look good. The bottom pic is a hard sided pop top not quite the same but as insulated.
