What gauges should read

Post by PAUL MTB »

Im runing a 2.0 cu Aircooled and have desided to fit some additional gauges, a oil temp gauge and oil pressure gauge, aswell as a rev counter,
The info im after is this, what oil temp dose a Aircooled run at when hot so i know when it might be cooking, what is an average oil pressure ,
and what red line should i set the rev counter at. Can any one help.
The engine sealing system seal are all intact so its cercalating air correctly, and the engine is strong and i beleve in good nick,

Im only asking for a rough guide ,as lot of thing can make a differance to the readings.
