me too,fridge problem,looked but cant find the answer

eyup ducks,ive just managed to get me electrolux fridge fired up on gas and i think it works also on 12v,but my problem is that it will light and run all day on the lowest setting but as soon as i try to turn the fridge up a notch the flame goes out,its been standing for about 5 years previous to me buying it,and i looked at the post above mine and there were two links to an operating /installation manual,but my fridge has got the knob and button at the bottom instaed of the top

Sounds like it may need a burner clean up and just a good de-soot mucker.
or the valve controling the gas flow is blocked

yep, tis the volume control.... knock the pin out, and take it to bits, clean it and give it a really light smear of vaseline before putting it back together, thats what i had to do to one of mine............
