Beetle Quarter Light Catch

I dont know if anybody can point me in the right direction? I find the Wiki on here so useful and use it all the time, I have not found anytthing similar for my Beetle

I need to replace the quarterlight window catch on a 1302S. It looks like i need to drill out some rivets but I have no idea how I will put it back together. If anybody can point me in the right direction!
