Hi All
Done a thread search on this with no luck.
My doka needs some work on the panel above the sill, but I quite fancy a fourth door in which case this panel would come out. Looking for information from someone who's done this as to what's involved etc?
Thanks Steve
Anyone fitted a fourth doka door?

not done it myself , but is quite common in europe , sold a few doors to the germans!
most of the panel work is in the van , just covered over.

we did this a few years ago you need to cut into the door frame pillar to add strengthening and to support the door hinges and you need part of the roof section inner trim out of a van so the roof lining clips in and makes it identical to the other side everything else is there you just have to drill out the spotwelds holding the original panel in

Cheers for that. Have weighed it up on mine and it did look like most of the metal work was there, it's just nice to hear from someone who's done it to make sure I'm on the right track. Just need to locate a door now, mine's lhd so stand a chance hopefully.
