stoopid question

Got a dg engine.

Must be an early one as it has the two big pipes going round the engine bay.

Water pump (?) is at the left hand corner near the rear lights.

Where the jimminy is the thermostat housing???

side /bottom of the water pump.

water hose goes to the thermostat housing .

2 bolts remove the housing cover revealing the thermostat

however chances are EVERY bolt will shear if you try undoing it normally and they are extremely rare to find .
