So after being less than pleased with the birth certificate, i complained by email. Got an apology and a new certificate, Most important bits are top and bottom of page one. It's definitely a multivan, and it left the factory with the poptop

So you complained about the certiciate, and got one with what you wanted it to say on it?

I think I might do the same and complain they didn't certificate mine as a 16"

Just got someone a bit more senior to look at it. The codes were correct last time, just wrong descriptions
