Reset the choke?

Hi all
Ive had one or two problems with the van since the new/recon engine the latest seems to be the choke i took the choke housing off to check if the small spring inside had broken (it hadnt) now i dont know how to put it back together.
any help

It just fits over the dog for the choke flap, and the three screws tighten up

you might be able to see where the position of the housing was, some marks may well be present as the housing is adjustable.
However if there is nothing obvious (like a mark you should have made yourself :D ) then it is best done when the engine is stone cold.
With the flap positioned with the 3mm gap ... replace the housing.

Why were you looking at the bi metal spring to see if was broken ?
Had the flap not opened when you checked it during warm up?
