So enjoying the van just now.

Post by slobbo »

For a while now I have always been a bit stressed driving the van because it just wasn't running right however since I have had the exhaust done and the ISV sorted out the van has been running so nicely. I had to take the van to work this week cause my sensible car (if you can call a 4.4litre V8 BMW sensible) is in getting fixed and it has been a pleasure. 500ish miles without a hiccup. The van just cruises on the motorway with little effort.
Cheers
Rob.

BMW not that bad. I get about 30mpg on the motorway. I do about 5 to 600 mile a week and a nice quiet comfortable car makes all the difference. I had a Citroen Berlingo on LPG for a while and it was very frugal but noisy and exhausting on log journeys.

Van fuel bill is horrible. Cost me £70 in fuel to get Blackpool this week. Glad I get business mileage.
