Body expert near Oxford?

I have a 1990 2.1 petrol camper (Autohomes Komet high top). Lots of it is very good (eg engine, underbody), but there are the expected rust signs in panel seams and so on. I'm not confident that I could make a very good job of this kind of renovation, and don't really have the set-up to do it....

So I'm wondering if anybody can recommend a person or firm convenient to Oxford that would be good to at least get a quote from, for sorting out the several rusty seams and odd spots here and there, and possible respray....?

You have to do both sides of the seams not just the outside else the rot will be back in next to no time....

Some seams it looks like you can't even get to the back of them because of an inner panel.....like around the b pillar
