Double-cardan driveshaft discussion

Post by silverbullet »

For all those seeking increased lift and running out of CV angle, anyone thought of having shafts made up with double joints at each end? I've seen similar available for LR propshafts with so-called "double cardan" joints for increased articulation and travel, not sure if this is possible or even desireable with CV joints i.e a pair mounted back-to back at each end with a short spacer/coupling between them. What does anyone think?
