Auto Choke annoyance,
Anyone know how to set up an auto choke properly, the van runs like a dreamboat once warmed up, but it is getting a bit annoying on startup having to hold foot down on the revs a bit, speshly as its an Auto so cant ease it into gear with clutch. ?

Do you set the choke and fast idle with the accelerator pedal before you crank the engine over?
