Just been quoted £2400 ish for a NEW 3/4 pop top with bed supplied and fitted by O'Connor's, anyone know of other firms that can do the same or an alternative?
do it yourself. just done mine. had a donor camper that i got all the bits from. just cut the hole in the roof tonight and nearly finished pot riviting the tent bit down. be done by tomorrow.
its not a hard job to do i did mine in a day on my own.£220 i think i paid for it.its no harder than say putting a bay interior into a t25 im sure youll be able to do it.
No hole in roof , got the 'how to camper ..' book on CD , had a look and agree it dont look to hard just not sure im confident enough to do it myself, any chance of some pics inside outside etc. £ 220 sounds more like it
cheers
the one i did came with a metal frame which you just need to mark out and cut round. then pot rivit it into place. i've found the hardest part is making the carpet look like its ment to be in there!
