Could do, but remember its something else that can fail (electronics) and bring you to a halt. Its a fancy way of putting a cheap switch in line, or a battery isolator switch etc.
ANything is always better than nothing as a deterent, but I would worry a little that its something else to check in the event of the engine stopping or not starting, cos its probably cheepy chinese me old chuck

Re: cheap imobiliser maybe?
From the description it seems to be a simple radio controlled on off switch.
You could use it as an imobiliser, (ON to start, OFF to imobilise) but you would have to remember to turn it off when you leave the vehical.
The 6A rating might be a little on the low side though.

Safer to fit a good quality manual switch, tucked away somewhere.
